Turbo Trainers / Wattbike Classes

Using a turbo trainer to supplement your training programme is invaluable.  Especially during the darker winter months when it can be more difficult to train outdoors.  Our autumn and winter 2016/2017 turbo series has now concluded.  But watch this space for future class details.
